Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BrickPilot mobile application (the "App") operated by Tower Reach Control developed by Epic Byte Games ("we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

2. Description of Service

BrickPilot is a construction project management application that provides tools for punch list tracking, Gantt scheduling, critical path analysis, area organization, report generation, and photo-based issue tracking. The App is designed for professional use by site engineers, project managers, and contractors.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data stored within the App on your device. You agree to:

• •Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tower Reach Control developed by Epic Byte Games and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App, including project data, photos, notes, and reports. We do not claim ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you create or upload.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is a management tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of project-critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tower Reach Control developed by Epic Byte Games, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
