Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Tower Reach Control developed by Epic Byte Games ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application BrickPilot (the "App") and the companion website at brick2131.com (the "Website"). By using the App or the Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, the following information is collected automatically:

  • Anonymous identifier: A unique anonymous identifier is generated on first launch and stored on your device. This identifier does not contain any personal information and is used to provide core app functionality.
  • Device language and region: Your device's language and region setting is detected to display content in the appropriate language.
  • Cookies and local storage: The App's built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage. Websites loaded within the App may use these standard browser technologies to store preferences or session data. This data is managed by the websites you visit and is not collected by us.
  • Advertising identifier: The App collects your device's Google Advertising ID for attribution purposes — to understand how users discover and install the App.
  • Attribution data: The App collects information about the installation source, campaign name, and install referrer to analyze how users find the App. This data, along with your anonymous identifier, is shared with AppsFlyer, a third-party mobile attribution service.

Built-in Browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser does not collect any additional data beyond what is described in the Automatically Collected Information section above. Any websites loaded in the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.

Local Data Storage

The App stores your data locally on your device to provide its construction management features. This includes:

  • Projects, areas, issues, tasks, and notes you create
  • Photos you take or select for issue documentation
  • Generated reports (PDF and Excel files)
  • Your preferences and settings (such as unit system selection)

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete all locally stored data at any time through the App's Settings screen or by clearing app data in your device settings.

Photos

The App allows you to take photos or select existing images from your gallery to document construction issues. Photos are stored locally on your device as part of your project data. The App does not upload or transmit your photos to any server. You can delete photos at any time by editing or removing the associated issue.

Report Generation and Sharing

The App can generate PDF and Excel reports from your project data. When you choose to share a report, the App uses your device's standard sharing feature. Reports are only shared when you explicitly initiate the action — the App does not transmit reports automatically.

Fonts

The App downloads font files from Google Fonts to display text. When downloading fonts, your device's IP address is sent to Google's servers as part of the standard network request. Google's privacy policy applies to this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Support and Bug Reports

The App's Support page allows you to send us a message or report a bug. When you submit a support request, you may provide:

  • Your name and email address
  • A description of your question or the issue you encountered
  • An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker

This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the App's construction management functionality
  • To display content in your preferred language
  • To respond to your support requests
  • To display the Privacy Policy and Support pages within the App
  • To understand how users discover and install the App through attribution analysis

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The App uses the following third-party services:

  • AppsFlyer — for mobile attribution and marketing analytics. Your advertising identifier, attribution data (installation source, campaign name), and anonymous user identifier are shared with AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer also collects device information (IP address, device model, OS version) as part of its standard operation. AppsFlyer Privacy Policy
  • Google Fonts — for downloading font files. Google may receive your IP address as part of font requests. Google Privacy Policy

Websites loaded in the App's built-in browser may use their own cookies and tracking technologies. These are governed by the privacy policies of those websites.

Data Retention

  • Your anonymous identifier persists on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
  • Cookies set by websites in the built-in browser follow standard browser cookie expiration rules and can be cleared by clearing the App's data.
  • Project data, photos, and reports are stored locally until you delete them through the App or clear the App's data.
  • Your Google Advertising ID is managed by Google Play Services and can be reset at any time in your device settings. The AppsFlyer installation identifier is tied to the app installation and managed by AppsFlyer.
  • Support requests you submit are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

Data Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. Network connections use HTTPS encryption where available, though some connections may use unencrypted HTTP.

No method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options regarding your data:

  • Delete local data: Use the "Clear All Data" option in the App's Settings screen, or clear the App's data through your device settings.
  • Clear cookies and local storage: Clear the App's data through your device settings to remove all cookies and local storage used by the built-in browser.
  • Reset Advertising ID: You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings under Google > Ads.
  • Remove the App: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data, including your anonymous identifier, project data, photos, and settings.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
